A. It’s usually because the computer doesn’t have the updated codec which supports the video encode. We usually recommend the K-lite codec which you can download at

error7 => audio error
error8 =>sd insert error
**In most situations resetting the device should resolve these common errors. Some may required different SD cards based on capability issues and others may required additional technical assistance.**
