A. This HD combo button camera and DVR kit has the ability to filter light to produce the best body worn image, along the the ability to record clear video as close as one inch from it’s target. It can even record and keep visible a document from 2 ft away(depending on the font type).

Q. How do I install the 4 Channel USB DVR?

A. Please see the step by step instructions below.

1. Insert USB DVR into USB Port
2. Follow the ‘Hardware installation’ prompts
3. Insert the CD when the hardware installation asks for the ‘device drivers’
4. Whether the drivers successfully install or not click on the ‘Start’ and select ‘My Computer’
5. Double click on the CD icon
6. Double click on the folder titled “USB3104SUPER4620”
7. Double click on the folder titled “Install”
8. Double click on the computer icon titled “Setup.exe”
9. Follow the prompts to install the Super DVR software program.
10. After installation is complete reboot you PC and remove the USB DVR from your computer.
11. Re-start you computer, open the ‘Super DVR’ software, connect your USB DVR, then connect your cameras.

Q: How do you remove the remote for the Professional Standalone 4 Channel DVR from the front panel?

A: The remote control is stationed on the right side on the front panel of the DVR. On the upper left corner, where the remote is mounted, a switch is present, locking and unlocking the remote. Press the switch found in the upper left corner to the right to release the remote.
